A comprehensive consultation includes looking at the many aspects involved in optimal health.  Your nutrition, digestion, exercise, stress levels, personal and family health issues are explored as well as questions that address specific symptoms indicating which hormones are high or low.  Wendy looks at your particular cluster of symptoms to design a hormone supplementation program that is unique for you.  Blood or salivary hormone testing is not required prior to your initial consultation. During your visit, Wendy will determine what testing would be most helpful for clarifiying your unique health issues and can order them for you at that time.

Wendy spends 1 1/2 hours with you in the peaceful beauty of her NEW Roseville office where you have time to discuss your health and emotional issues in a relaxed environment.  You are required to complete the Consulation Evaluation and FAX it to the office at least 2 days before your appointment.

We have a trusted relationship with Women's International Pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy that has been exclusively compounding hormones and medications since 1985. They compound high quality bioidentical hormones at a fraction of the price of most compounding pharmacies and provide stellar customer service.

Initial Consultation fee is $390 which involves the comprehensive evaluation described. Payment can be cash, check or credit/debit card. Monthly payment plans can be arranged.

Follow up visits are based on time spent and is generally $120.

Optimal Women's Wellness does not contract with any insurance companies. Your health insurance policy may cover these services. We will provide a claim form that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement of our services.
